Snicker-doodles are my husband and I's favorite cookie. Recently we have made a change in lifestyle for our health. We have chosen to go Keto.

However, just because we've gone Keto doesn't mean we can enjoy one of our favorite sweets.

Below is the recipe for my Keto-Friendly

  • 2 Cups Almond Flour

  • 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt

  • 1/2 Cup Sugar Replacement Granular by Swerve

  • 2 tbl Sugar Replacement Granular by Swerve

  • 3 tbl Butter

  • 3 tbl Sour Cream

  • 1 Egg

  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix the dry ingredients together, so the almond flour, salt, and 1/2 C Swerve together.

  2. In a mixer add the dry ingredients, then mix in the softened butter and sour cream. Stir in the egg and vanilla. Chill the dough until firm about 1 hour or until the dough is firm enough to be rolled into a ball.

  3. In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon and 2 tbl of Swerve to roll the dough balls in

  4. Make small balls of dough, then roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture until well coated. Place on baking sheet and press down with a fork to flatten.

  5. Bake 10-12 minutes or until the outside of the cookie is firm but the inside is still soft.

  6. Let them cool on the baking sheet for about 10-15 minutes before eating.
